Download and Run the Driver Settings

This section provides information about how to download Universal Print Driver (UPD) and run from www.hp.com/go/upd driver settings. Universal Print Driver (UPD) is also available for download from the Support & Drivers.

CAUTION:

1. Disconnect the USB from the product and the computer (if you already connect).

CAUTION:

2. Open a new browser window and go to www.hp.com/go/upd.

If Windows detects versions of other drivers for the printer, select Replace the current driver if you install a new printer and want this to be your default, or select the Use, driver that does currently installed (recommended) if you install optional drivers for existing products.

9. When prompted, click Finish to close the window.

You may need to restart the computer to complete the installation.
